Initiate Your Request

Contact our Customer Experience team via our online portal or email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the BedJet unit, remote, and all original accessories into the original packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
